A natural and clean label citrus fiber co-processed with guar gum that provides high water holding and emulsification benefits to food products such as meats, bakery, dressing, sauces, beverages, dairy, pet food, frozen foods, dairy alternatives and meat alternatives.
Product Usage:

The citrus fiber is typically mixed with dry ingredients before being incorporated into the food product.
