Fiberstar, Inc. DOES NOT ACCEPT returned product. Please contact us at orders@fiberstar.net to notify us about product issues and other concerns so that the Customer Service team can work out a solution. The team will also provide you guidance on how to dispose the Citri-Fi® material that was delivered. The team will respond within two business days.

DAMAGED MATERIALS

If materials are damaged, please contact us at orders@fiberstar.net so that the Customer Service team can file a claim. Please send the description of the issue and photos of the following: damaged item, interior of the original box, cushioning and packaging material. Do not discard the damaged item unless directed by a Fiberstar representative. The team will respond within two business days. Fiberstar is not responsible for any operational costs or project delays that may occur due to the received damaged products.

MIS-SHIPMENTS

In the event that the wrong material is delivered to your facility, Fiberstar will replace your order at no cost to you. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the reorder process and how to dispose the Citri-Fi material that was delivered. Please contact our Customer Service team at orders@fiberstar.net. The team will respond within two business days.
